KIDS HAVE HAD ENOUGH; PARENTS ARE BEING SENT OFF TO WINE CAMP
Mom and Dad Pack the Smores as They Head Off To Wine Camp
For Immediate Release:
Lancaster, PA
-
Parents live hectic lives: work, sports, church, and friends
all crowd the days when they just want a little down time. Wine Camp is where parents can
get first-hand knowledge on every thing wine. Explore the vineyards, learn how to taste,
understand how to pair foods with wine and enjoy the sights and smells of eight different
wineries on this three- day adventure.
According to Jan Garrabrandt, Camp Director at The
Artists Inn in Terre Hill PA, "We offer a camp where adults are able to forget
about their schedule, blackberries and conference calls and enjoy a glass of wine in the
scenic Pennsylvania Country Side. It is at camp where adults knowledge of fine
winemaking grows and matures with each vineyard."
Wine Camp is a teaching ground for the art of tasting wine; a
true experience for the senses. Enjoy a
tasting at several of the areas finest wineries as we develop our skills with this
intense three-day look at the fine art of all things wine.
Walk through the vineyards at harvest time, dine al fresco with the colors
of summer in the fields behind you and be pampered in fine area restaurants at the end of
the day.
Your Camp Counselors will travel with you and provide all
transportation for your tour. At the end of
the day, enjoy luxurious cabins with your bunk mate. According to Carl Kosko, Camp Counselor
at the Harvest Moon Bed and Breakfast, "No need to bring the sleeping bag, your
Counselors will provide all provisions for your stay, including rooms of distinction,
one-of-a-kind amenities, breakfasts to brag about and hosts with a penchant towards making
their guests happy campers. He continues by
saying, Our Bed and Breakfasts offer unparalleled service. Both Innkeepers are recipients of the 2008
Spirit of Hospitality Award in Lancaster.
$395/person covers all costs of the camp from tours to tastings
to all meals and transportation. Lodging is extra and is available at either inn.

Inn
